I am a financial member of St George Art Society Inc. I confirm acceptance of the published conditions and certify that my work is my own original and not a copy of any other person's work and has been completed in the last 12 months. I understand that all care will be taken of the artworks, but that no responsibility can be accepted by St George Art Society Inc. I accept that the art society may use images of my artworks in the promotion of the society's activities and programs.
