The 2025 Annual Art Awards Exhibition
Another great event enjoyed by our members and our many visitors.
And here we present our FINALISTS
“The 2025 “ArtReach” Exhibition was held at the Historical Tempe House and finished on Sunday, 15th June.
It was another great annual event for the members of SGAS and for the many visitors we had during the exhibition.
ANZAC ART EXHIBITION 2025
A great event held last month commemorating our veterans. Held at the Ramsgate RSL on the 17th April, a fabulous collection of artworks were displayed with the theme of the Middle East Area Operations.
Our Judge at the event was Keith Wells, and the Winner went to Yvonne Ferguson and
our finalist awards were presented to Jillian Jessen and Jan Schuster.

CASS Art of Sydney 2025
Being a member of the Combined Art Societies of Sydney (CASS), many of our SGAS members participated in their
Art of Sydney Awards Exhibition, which was another successful event held from 21st to 25th March 2025.
The Awards Presentation was held on Saturday afternoon, 22nd March, at the Randwick Town Hall.
Some of our SGAS members received Awards at the show.

2024 St George Community Awards
What an honour for both Don Kibble, Life Member and St George Art Society to be recipients of awards at the 2024 St George Community awards hosted by Mark Coure MP for Oatley. Don’s award was for “Individual Volunteer” and SGAS “community Achievement Award”
A Huge Congratulations!
ArtReach 2024 Exhibition
The 2024 “ArtReach” Exhibition which finished on Sunday 19th May had a great turnout for the official opening at Tempe House.
Ross Berry gave a very Interesting brief history of Tempe House and Dr Greg Spark, descendant of the original owner Alexander Brodie Spark, brought us a touch of living history as he recalled fascinating snippets of his childhood.”
